Job Title: Administrative Assistant, Operations Department
Pay Range Starting at $40,000 annually

Job Description:
Responsible for administrative duties of broad scope and complexity requiring precision, independent judgement, and familiarity with applicable procedures in the financial management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and administrative support in the operations department
- Ability to enter and manipulate data on spreadsheets, data bases and/ or file management programs and perform a broad range of data retrieval and input projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Efficiently prioritize workflow
- Excellent problem-solving skills required
- Provide timely administrative support to senior management
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Book travel arrangements
- Plan meetings and take detailed notes/minutes
- Schedule and organize conferences
Education and Experience:
- 4-year college degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of complex administrative duties and data entry in financial management services industry.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Customer service and sales-oriented skills to follow up with new recruits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite software, Google Sheets, Docs , Adobe
- Ability to accurately and quickly learn databases, e.g. RedTail, Docupace, Netx
- Must demonstrate superior and concise verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player
