Antioch University New England seeks an Administrative Coordinator to support the administrative processes for the Antioch Center for School Renewal (ACSR), and work with the administrative team, students, faculty, and other university offices as needed.
This is a part-time, non-benefitted 20-hours-per-week position. The work schedule will be established in consultation with the ACSR Program Director. Remote work is possible.
Essential job functions include:
While performing the duties of this job, the staff member is regularly required to sit, stand, use hands and fingers, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The individual must regularly lift and/or carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Requires daily use of computer and other standard office equipment.

Essential job functions include:
- Organization of workshops, institutes, conferences, webinars, Continuing Education (CNED) graduate credit, and other ACSR activities and events, including:
- Timely creation of marketing materials;
- Handling of registration;
- Coordinating space, travel, lodging, food, and instructional supplies;
- Program evaluations.
- Along with ACSR Program Director, coordinate with Continuing Education (CNED).
- Management of all communications, meeting records, contact lists, logistics, and finance for non-matriculated credit and non-credit-bearing services with and in public and private schools and partner organizations.
- Organization of contracts; ensuring final contracts are filed and accessible.
- Management of ACSR financial systems, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, reimbursements, and general budget management.
- Other responsibilities as necessary.
- One year of related experience
- Proficiency in Google suite, Microsoft suite
- Experience with databases
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong time management, organizational, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
