As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) you will provide family-centered ABA services to individuals with behavior challenges and skill deficits in their home and community.
Behavior Analyst responsibilities include:
- Case conceptualization from assessment to discharge
- Collaboration and coordination of care
- Case oversight and management
- Parent training
- RBT and BCaBA/mid-level Supervision
- Student Analyst Supervision during their fieldwork experience
- FBAs and Written treatment plans on our online platform
- Client file maintenance
- Review of treatment team notes
- Treatment team training, IOA, and Fidelity Checks
- Attending meetings and trainings
- Maintaining your BCBA credential
- Ongoing professional development
- Other day-to-day operational responsibilities
Full-time Mid-level and High-level Supervisors are compensated based on PBS's flexible, dynamic, and competitive Salary Tier System!
Hourly: Up to 19 hours/week with no minimum caseload and ultimate flexibility! ($60-$70/hour BCBAa; $35-$47/hour BCaBAs/mid-level supervisors)

Tier 3: 26-29 hours/week (BCBAs) or 30-32 hours/week (BCaBAs/mid-level supervisors)
Tier 4: 30-34 hours/week (BCBAs) or 33-35 hours/week (BCaBAs/mid-level supervisors)
Tier 5: 35+ hours/week (BCBAs) or 36+ hours/week (BCaBAs/mid-level supervisors)
- $64,480-$118,000/year (BCBAs) or $64,480-$88,000 (BCaBAa/mid-level supervisors)

Part Time and Full Time opportunities available to you based on your location and willingness to travel within the region. All full-time employees are exempt status. PBS does not track indirect unbillable work.
