Our multidisciplinary team of specialists perform a full range of complex robotic, minimally-invasive, traumatic, and general surgeries to treat the most common to the rarest of diseases and disorders with outstanding outcomes, right here in Queens.

Take on this challenging, high-level role, responsible for directing the cost-effective delivery of top-notch, patient-centered care overseeing the Department of Surgery, Urology, Anesthesia, Pre-Surgical Testing and Endoscopy. Be responsible for all service line and departmental quality, operations, finance, budgeting, patient experience and employee engagement. Partner with clinical and support teams to improve patient care, patient throughout, patient experience and hospital operational and financial performance.

Required Criteria

• Master’s degree in Business, Hospital Administration, Public Health or related field preferred
• An excellent knowledge of hospital management principles, operations and data analysis, including but not limited to budget and personnel, gained through at least 5 years as a hospital department Manager or Supervisor.
• Superior communication, management and administrative skills are essential.
• A working knowledge of PCs, medical terminology and human anatomy is also required.
