As Administrative Officer 1, you will conduct fraud-related investigations, and analyze data gathered from those investigations, to make recommendations for mitigating fraud and risk. You will perform audits, at regular intervals, of transactions completed by Driver and Vehicle Service (DVS) employees to ensure compliance with PennDOT and DVS policy. You will establish a formalized fraud risk assessment process for DVS and perform fraud risk assessments of business process areas within DVS. You will document findings, identify risks, and make recommendations of controls to implement to mitigate those risks.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- This position requires overtime and travel.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

- Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- You must posses a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver License.
- You must have knowledge of Vehicle Code.
- You must have ability to speak publicly.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
