Pure Water Pools is an established and reputable commercial and residential swimming pool service/repair/renovation and retail business located in Macomb, MI for over 30 years. Now hiring an administrative assistant to help with accounting, billing, scheduling, customer service, sales, and other clerical work. Some office administrative experience is preferred, but we are willing to train those willing to learn. Pay based on knowledge and experience. Administrative, Sales, and Customer Service Consultant must:

• Have good customer service skills
• Be able to represent and communicate in a professional manner
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Have the ability to work closely with other team members in a high-paced sales atmosphere
• Have a good work ethic, be prompt and reliable for work attendance
• Have own reliable transportation
• Ability to learn and use point-of-sale computer software and bookkeeping systems

Typical work week: Part time or full time availability. Up to 45 hours or six days per week.

Primary Job Tasks Can Include:

• Conduct basic accounting of daily sales
• Compile monthly reports of sales
• Maintain record of accounts receivables
• Communicate with residential and commercial customers for timely billing
• Compile bank deposits

Secondary Job Tasks Can Include:

• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Assist with retail needs in the showroom
• Conduct water tests
