Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Assistant Director of Nursing. Must hold a valid RN license.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Assist in Management of Nursing Department
· Assist in Scheduling of Nursing Department
· Assist in Management of Regulatory Compliance
· Assist in Ensuring Provision of Quality Care and Service
· Assist in Staff Development and Education
· Assist in Fiscal Management of Department
· Collaborate with Facility Management
Nursing Management is a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred.
