First Resources Corp. of Sigourney is looking for an Adult Day Hab Professional.

Our agency serves individuals who come to receive assistance from Direct Support Professionals with gaining the skills necessary to maintain independence in their homes and live the most fulfilling life possible! In this role you will be assisting clients with all personal cares needed, work on goals the clients set, assist in medication passes, engage in social outings and community activities when able, and being an advocate for our clients.

Schedule:

• Full-time Monday - Friday working 7:30am - 3:30pm
• Working in a face-paced environment with several individuals
• Participating in daily activities in the facility and out in the community

As a Adult Day Hab (ADH) Professional you will be there to provide support, assistance, and instruction in learning independent living skills like:

• Community Awareness/Integration
• Socialization
• Cooking
• Personal hygiene
• Goal Setting and achieving
• Communication and self-expression needs
• Coping skills

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and show proof of auto insurance.
• Satisfactory results on background check pertaining to criminal and abuse registries.
• Experience is preferred, but not required. We provide the training and tools that you need to be successful at First Resources Crop.
