Job Description:
  • Interact directly with customers and team members to maintain a high level of customer service
  • Perform and coordinate functions related passenger processing at counter, departure and/or arrival
  • Handle administrative duties such as invoices, and communications with various entities
Hours Per Week: 40
Rates Per Hour: TBD

Minimum Qualification:
  • Must successfully pass a 10-year background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • College graduate with good English communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Preferred Qualification:
  • Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge in Angellite Systems
  • Airline customer service experience
  • Familiar with passenger check in process at the ticket counters
