AM and PM Line Cook Job at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort

$14 - $17 an hour
Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is currently looking for am line cooks. Applicants must be able to work in a fast paced environment and ensure all orders are complete and done in a timely fashion. Line cook may be required to help clean the kitchen after and between meals. Applicant must be hard working, dependable and must have reliable transportation. The resort offers a great benefits package including: 401 (k), health insurance, and resort amenities.
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
