The successful morning baker has some expertise in the kitchen and is looking to learn and grow into a future culinary leader. Attention to detail, desire for excellence and the ability to prepare a variety of items and maintain composure during a busy shift is required. The baker would start around 5am and responsible for pizza dough, bread, crackers, etc.
Qualifications:
Food Handlers Safety Permit desired - we will require the training before employment begins but we will provide the training if the certificate is not held.
Some knowledge of Food & Cooking Techniques
US work authorization required
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to spend multiple hours on your feet
