The purpose of the VIP Lounge Attendant is to be responsible for the daily operation and preparation of the Concierge Lounge, ensuring guest services to all VIP customers, and serving food and beverage items to VIP customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.
The shifts are Sunday-Thursday evenings, from 4pm-10:30pm. This is not flexible.
Essential Job Duties:
- Answers inquiries, offer suggestions and provides descriptive literature pertaining to activities on and off property.
- Achieve expert knowledge on all property activities
- Welcomes Marriott elite guests to Concierge Lounge and provides appropriate mealtime items
- Maintains a clean and orderly Concierge Lounge
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
