Central NJ storage and organization looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and analytical person to manage our Amazon e-commerce business. This is full-time, in-house position. This position entails managing the company Amazon account & other online platforms to maximize sales and profitability. We are seeking a responsible individual who learns quickly and capable of overseeing the management of the Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account and other E-Commerce channels. Candidate will be directly involved in product onboarding, marketing, inventory forecasting and ordering as well as overall sales performance, and reporting. They will manage content development, compliance, and other tasks required in account management. They will work with our in-house photo team for marketing images required and with our social media person for product and feature videos.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon.com Seller/Vendor Central (e.g., images, product descriptions, attributes and ad copy as needed)
  • Manage Amazon claims and chargebacks
  • Manage and maintain Amazon Brand Registry
  • Enhance product descriptions for optimal performance, improving page rank, SEO and sales
  • Managing and optimize PPC Campaigns
  • Report weekly performance for all e-commerce sales to management
  • Analyze data and recommend products assortment and placement
  • Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews, collaborating with our in-house marketing team to respond to data and implement effective growth strategies
  • Manage campaigns to ensure they are meeting target KPIs, adhering to budget plan, and are providing a positive customer experience
  • Troubleshoot issues with campaign performance regarding ad creative, bidding, budget, and targeting
  • Execute optimization to improve product listings, create and maintain A+ content and Brand Storefronts
  • Create replenishment orders with planner.
  • Creating new listings/pages
  • Comply with data integrity, security, and backup policies
  • On-board and create product pages / listings on Amazon
  • Other duties and projects as needed and directed by management
  • Job is not remote. Positions is in Old Bridge NJ location.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of Amazon.com Seller/Vendor Central
  • 1+ year of Amazon Content Creation experience.
  • Expert in item setup / maintenance on Amazon.com (Vendor Central)
  • Strong Excel skills to analyze reports.
  • Knowledge in other platforms like Amazon.com, Wayfair.com, Target.com a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or other related software (Photoshop a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude towards problems and be able to see each problem through
  • Function well in a high-paced work environment with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Able to navigate Amazon Ads Manger, Seller Central, and Vendor Central
