Paw Club LLC is looking for several hard-working, reliable, and trustworthy Animal Care Specialists to join our thriving dog daycare and boarding business. We operate Philadelphia's *only* dog daycare facility with an in-ground, 24-foot pool, expansive indoor and outdoor space, and other luxury amenities that turn our customers into loyal members of our pack.

The right candidates for this role are reliable above all else, are responsive and communicative to their supervisors, and care deeply for dogs of all breeds and sizes. Candidates for this position should also be unafraid of large dogs and able to react calmly when separating dogs to keep them safe. Formal experience is not necessary, we will train the right individuals. Candidates also will need the ability to write coherent paragraphs about the dogs in our care and their experiences and behavior.

Hours are nearly full-time, between 30-35 hours per week, and are very flexible. High school diploma or equivalency is expected, but not required. Candidates should be able to stand and walk for moderate lengths of time, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Candidates should also be willing to operate and wear standard safety equipment when required.

***Note on Pay: The starting pay for this position will be $11 per hour. We will consider a higher hourly rate for potential supervisors or individuals who are able to take on social media responsibilities. We will likely consider further raise in relatively short order, as more months accrue of success as a team member.
