Apartment maintenance person needed. Must be able to work independently, be efficient, reliable and trustworthy. Must be able to fill out maintenance logs, time sheets & follow company policies. Plumbing* light electrical * painting* light drywall repair, landscaping etc. Please have apartment maintenance experience. We are a small family owned company.
