Timber Lane Allergy & Asthma Associates, P.C. is seeking a reliable, detail oriented part-time associate to join our office team.
This position requires:
- Verifying insurance and demographic information
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls
- Scheduling patients appropriately
- Directing check-out
- Other administrative duties as assigned
This position will sometimes include:
- Checking in patients
- Receiving payments from patients
The right candidate will understand the laws regarding HIPAA and be able to handle confidential materials appropriately.
Medical office or administrative experience preferred.
Hours: 4 days per week. 7:45am - 4:30pm. The office is closed on Fridays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
