We are looking for a dedicated and passionate AR/AP Clerk. The AR/AP Clerk will be responsible for efficiently performing the assigned aspects of the accounts payable and account receivable processes. Additionally, the AR/AP Clerk will also be responsible for some cashiering and phone duties. We are seeking a candidate who is extremely motivated and are excited about the opportunity to support all operational processes and procedures. Essential Job Duties:
  • Receive payment for parts being purchased and issue correct change.
  • Assign all parts being purchased with part numbers for correct pricing.
  • Assist customers with questions.
  • Post payables and cut checks.
  • Answer phones and route to the appropriate person
  • Assist accounting staff as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must have cash handling experience.
  • Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction.
  • You must also work well as part of a team and be willing to work long hours when necessary.
  • It is also important that you display a positive, helpful demeanor, and a commitment to providing the best in customer service.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
