Arcade Attendants and Redemption Clerks Needed
Attendants and Clerks are responsible for providing excellent guest service to all guests who come to the arcade. This includes assisting guests find and play the games they want, collecting the tickets won, awarding prizes at redemption and directing the fun.
Expectations include:
- Maintaining availability and reliabilty to meet scheduling needs.
- Opening and closing the arcade area on daily basis.
- Assuring all games are in working order and reporting any out of order games to the Arcade Tech and General Manager immediately.
- Maintaining inventory of prizes, tickets and any items that may be for sale in the arcade area.
- Follow all required safety and security protocols assisting guests in the area.
- Maintaining clean, neat work areas.
- Ability to accept payment and use POS systems.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Willingness to work in a team atmosphere, jumping in where and when needed.
Starting wage of $15/hour.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
