Captain of the ship, Technical Designer Requirements
Bachelor's from a Recognized Institution, or the equivalent, with 3 to 15 Years of Experience It is necessary to have post-graduation project experience in Revit related to multi-family, corporate interiors, mixed-use, healthcare, education, labs, or tenant improvement. Adobe, SketchUp, and AutoCAD proficiency desirable
With a track record of working together with internal and external consultants and stakeholders, excellent communication skills
Demonstrated capacity to manage projects through initial programming, construction documents, and permitting
No prior administration of construction projects is necessary.
Task Captain and Technical Designer Duties
Work with the production team to create the construction documentation and schematic designs. Coordinate with the designers, consultants, and engineers.
