Our company is in need of a motivated area manager to oversee multiple locations throughout the Hawaii Islands. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as a proven track record in meeting sales, revenue and operational targets. We’re looking for a professional who has experience managing teams and maximizing productivity. The ability to work independently is essential. The candidate will be ready to build long-term relationships with stores in the district and ensure quality consistency across each individual location. A business background and mind is a must. Priority will be given to those with experience in our industry.

Area Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Recruit, train, develop and supervise Store Managers
• Assist Store Managers in hiring and developing their staff
• Increase standards of customer service
• Ensure quality consistency across the district
• Drive sales initiatives and performance as well as maximize profitability
• Motivate Store Managers ensuring top level performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
• Wireless retail experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have a reliable vehicle and good driving record
• Be self-motivated and possess strong analytical and presentation skills
