HybridThe Customer Return Material Analyst coordinates and tracks customer material throughout the process for repair and upgrades to be returned. They work with the customer and internal team to ensure each process step is driven to completion. The Analyst is part of the Delivery Assurance team. Delivery Assurance delivers product on time to our Pratt & Whitney customer to support jet engine demand.
The Analyst is Hybrid to Windsor Locks, CT.
Primary Responsibilities:
Burndown aged material that is at the vendor to be closed or returned back to the customer.
Drive root cause & corrective action to improve current delivery assurance processes.
Learn and oversee material movements in the external & internal systems.
Monitor the transportation and delivery of products.
Track and manage Supplier work in process (WIP), promise dating, expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and flow.
May oversee command center and drive part shortage resolution.
Monitor tracking and shipping of customer returned material and hardware failures.
Perform escalated expediting when required to support the customers needs. May be a part of the procurement, command center or regional office organizations.
Travel up to 5%.
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

SAP experience
Experience using analytics to influence decisions
