ASE Master Automotive Technician / Shop Foreman Job at Tegeler Toyota

We are currently seeking an experienced ASE Certified Master Level Automotive Technician/Shop Foreman to join our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing any/all type of repairs.
- Be aware of the latest automotive technologies
- Passionate about maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Team-oriented and assist technicians in developing their skills along with providing technical support when necessary
- Understand and ensure compliance of manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
- Ensure all technicians receive appropriate manufacturer training
- Road test vehicles for quality check work performed
- Monitor shop conditions and ensure proper care of special tools
- Attend meetings and training classes
- Strive for harmony within the shop and all other departments
- High proficiency with factory scan tools
- Maintain safe work environment
- Professional work appearance
- Other tasks as assigned
- Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm
