Starting Pay :

$17 and higher based on experience!

Shift Times:

A Shift - Monday -Thursday 5am to 3:30pm (Occasional overtime on Friday).

B Shift - Friday-Sunday 5am to 5:30pm (Occasional overtime on Thursday).

B Shift comes with a $1.00 Shift Differential!!

Who Are We?

American Augers, located in West Salem, Ohio is a division of The Toro Company. American Augers builds the largest horizontal directional drills in the industry, and a full range of auger boring machines. What Will You Do?

Performs highly repetitive work such as aligning, mounting, connecting, and installing assemblies and/or sub-assemblies. Uses standard assembly procedures, power tools, hand tools and equipment. Also performs data collection for assembly operations. Entry-level position requiring manual dexterity. Complete assembly of intricate and expensive apparatus, machines or equipment with a large number of parts, or erection of very large and complicated units. Considerable fitting, aligning and adjusting to very close tolerances and strict inspection requirements. Highly diversified. May require some machining of parts. Plan or help plan erection or assembly procedure.

What Do You Need?

Must be able to read and assemble to blueprints. Job requires the use of overhead crane, jib crane, hand tools and power tools.
