Job Store Staffing is hiring Assembly/Production Team Members for one of our clients located in East Central Colorado Springs. This company specializes in top-of-the-line faucets and hydrants for commercial and residential buildings.

The Assembly shifts we are currently hiring for include:

• 1st shift - Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm + overtime and Saturdays if needed during peak season
• 3rd shift - Monday-Friday, 11pm-7am + overtime and Saturdays if needed during peak season

The ideal candidate has a great attendance track record, is detailed, a true team player, and has the availability to work overtime, including Saturdays during their peak season.

Pay Range: $15.25 – $16.75 / hour

Essential Job Functions Include:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions blueprint specifications, and parts lists;
• Gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
• Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process
• Test finished products for defects
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
