Currently seeking a skilled and driven Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to welcome our ever-growing team!

Day in the Life / Expectations
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing providing quality care and oversight of patient services.
- Assist in training, teaching, and monitoring the nursing staff and healthcare team.
- Manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
- Conduct patient rounds and address concerns.

Requirements:
- Valid state license(s) as a Registered Nurse required
- Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
- CPR certificate required
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
