Your Pay & Schedule:

• Monday - Friday with some after-hour responsibilities
• $58-$70K
• Weekly Pay

What to expect as our ADON:

As our ADON, RN you will work directly with our nurse administrator to manage cases and meet the needs of our clients and clinical team. You will assist in planning and evaluation of clinical and client policies and procedures. You will actively work to develop training programs to help our team provide a higher standard of care.

Here is what you need to join our team:

Registered nurses who are interested in the administrative side of healthcare but still enjoy directly providing care for patients will excel in this role. A nurse with at least 3 years of recent experience in med-surg, ICU or home health is preferred since you will play an active role in skilled training. We serve pediatrics through adults so as our ADON you will need to be comfortable with a wide range of ages. As a driven RN you must be willing to work through conflicts to solve problems.
