Position Responsibilities
- Growth and Profitability of Region
- Firm Supervision
- Assist with creating, and implementation of regional goals, brand standards, and agency manager expectations.
- Identify and target areas an agencies can improve.
- Develop PIP’s for Agency Directors.
- Monitor revenue margins
- Search for new ways/markets to grow region.
- Make sure agencies are educated and informed on state/federal regulations. Renew/establish licensing when necessary.
- Establish a strong customer centric, customer focused culture
- Preparing monthly, and weekly reports
- Ensure that accounting department competes invoices are completed accurately, timely and according to company policy.
- Track, input, and analyze performance data for the office and develop reports as requested.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and implement areas of potential improvement.
- Coaching and development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,223.84 - $87,527.78 per year
