Position Responsibilities

• Growth and Profitability of Region
• Firm Supervision
• Assist with creating, and implementation of regional goals, brand standards, and agency manager expectations.
• Identify and target areas an agencies can improve.
• Develop PIP’s for Agency Directors.
• Monitor revenue margins
• Search for new ways/markets to grow region.
• Make sure agencies are educated and informed on state/federal regulations. Renew/establish licensing when necessary.
• Establish a strong customer centric, customer focused culture
• Preparing monthly, and weekly reports
• Ensure that accounting department competes invoices are completed accurately, timely and according to company policy.
• Track, input, and analyze performance data for the office and develop reports as requested.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and implement areas of potential improvement.
• Coaching and development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,223.84 - $87,527.78 per year
