Assistant Managers are responsible for providing coaching and training to the staff while delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. You assist the General Manager in running shifts, fostering teamwork, role modeling excellent behaviors, , serving high quality food and delivering great service in a clean and safe environment. Assistant Managers provide direction, training and the leadership required to ensure Wendys standards, policies and procedures are met every shift and the restaurant meets it business goals.

Requirements
- Must have strong customer service skills and a great attitude
- Highly motivated, positive attitude and desire to deliver the best customer service possible
- Strong communication skills and works well as a team
- Minimum 1 year previous management experience
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
