We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in overseeing the construction of various projects, including multifamily, commercial, retail, corporate, and restaurant interiors. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays
• Ensure that all construction work is completed to the highest quality standards
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
• Assist in the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers
• Communicate project status and updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• 2+ years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
• Experience in multifamily, commercial, retail, corporate, and restaurant interiors
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
