We are looking for a team member to take charge and lead the growth of our Tustin store (other opportunities available in OC). Start off as Assistant Store Manager, and be mentored to grow fast into Store Manager and more.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be charged with hitting store revenue goals, retail sales, leading other team members, merchandising and improving the store, social media marketing and more. You hold responsibilities that are critical to the success of the store, and are directly responsible for the store performance, customer experience, the retail and repair performance, store operations, inventory, and more.

Skill Requirements for Assistant Store Manager:

• HIGHLY DRIVEN, and ready to grow store revenues to the next level. BONUSES based on store performance, above base pay.
• Disciplined and self-driven
• Experience managing a team of 2-5
• Retail management experience in the wireless or electronics industry
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Some understanding of technical “lingo”
• Phone or computer repair experience a big plus, but not required
• Ability to reach sales goals
• Ability to Up-sell and finish a sale
• Some understanding of technical “lingo”
• Ability to oversee multiple areas of the operation at once and delegate
• Ability to develop and maintain a consistent and efficient workflow
• Ability to monitor trends in all areas of the store: Sales, Repairs, Warranties, Part defects
• Proficient with POS System and balancing the cash register
• Ability to answer email inquiries
• Ability to answer and communicate effectively with customers over the telephone
• Ability to handle B2B accounts and keep them organized
• Ability to effectively handle customer complaints
• Handle Email Estimates Requests
• Maintaining Store Inventory of Accessories
• Maintaining quality store appearance
• Handle social media marketing for the store
