We are seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team!

You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive the company success.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Execute PO and follow with the order
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Manage inventory and quality system

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in Office Administration
• Must have completed 2 to 4 years of college
• Strong understanding of the MS OFFICE, e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must CURRENTLY live within 30 minutes of Palm Coast, Florida, the surrounding cities are Daytona Beach, Ormand Beach, and St. Augustine, and Bunnell.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
