Requirements

The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is accepting applications from Florida Licensed attorneys interested in joining their litigation team. 3+ year lawyer wanted for busy personal injury defense practice, with ability to advance. Looking for a candidate who is solution oriented, writes well, wants to learn, and work on unique cases with issues of law. Personal injury OR litigation experience preferred. Full time preferred, but schedule is flexible ideal candidates will have at least 3+ years of experience in the area of insurance defense litigation. Experience in Bodily Injury highly desired.

• Strong academics, research and writing skills a plus, as well as possessing strong/persuasive oral advocacy
• Desire to excel and work your way up the ranks of the law firm
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients, with a client first mindset.
• Very organized with clear and concise communication style.
• Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Draft/review substantive pleadings and motions
• Respond to motions & discovery Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
• Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
