These are multispecialty practices that perform all phases of general dentistry, such as restorative for kids/adults, pulp/ssc's, basic and complicated extractions, endodontics and some dentures/partials. We have various specialists that come to the office and train our general dentists to perform the more complicated treatments in order to enhance their clinical skills and increase their production. Constant training and mentorship is available to less experienced dentists. For senior dentists, opportunities for partnership in sister offices are viable options.
