Primary Job Responsibilities:

• The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Design, build, maintain, and enhance in-house C#/ASP.NET web applications with n-tier architecting standards, security, extensibility, and scalability in mind
• Ensure that development follows established procedures and architecture decisions
• Create / Maintain business process automation using Office 365 and SharePoint portal
• Develop custom applications using PowerApps and Flow
• Maintain an awareness of the latest application development trends and determine how to integrate those into the ADS environment when they could provide a competitive advantage
• Refactor code that does not meet established guidelines as time permits
• Perform all duties in a manner consistent with ADS’s core values
• Assist in development of documentation, user training materials, etc.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality

Job Skills:

This position should possess the following skills/knowledge:

• Knowledge in programming and developing web applications using C# and ASP. NET such as ASP. NET Web Forms / MVC / Entity Framework.
• Experience with web application development using technologies such as HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience using SQL Server; T/SQL, or equivalent relational database
• Experience analyzing business requirements to create effective applications
• Experience using source code control; Team Foundation Service preferred
• Understanding of Helpdesk and Ticketing System
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with preferred major in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
