About Job
As the Associate Director -Project Cost Management you will provide overall project financial support to the Project Management Office, through direct accountability for all project cost controlling and reporting, budget, and forecast submissions, and capital project budgeting and reporting. You will also support business partners with cost sharing initiatives as well as drive towards standardization of processes within the group.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain all cost controlling for projects
- Build and prepare capital project planning and project submissions
- Own and maintain business cases for existing and new opportunities
- Audit and evaluate revenue recognition from business partners
- Coordinate cost saving programs with business partners
- Standardize and document current and future processes within the Project Management Office organization
- Provide support to entire Business Development Organization
Education and Ideal Experience
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, cost management or other related fields is required.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role and employee development and review experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Experience working with SAP system.
- Speak effectively before groups of customers, suppliers, or employees of the organization.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
Preferences and Qualifications
- Must have a “can-do” attitude and be able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish and maintain professional, effective working relationship within and outside the company.
- Must be self-directed with exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills; Strong project management skills to keep team and actions on track to completion.
- Prior background in automotive industries
- Demonstrated hands-on approach, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- The factory has both office area and shop floor area. The noise level in the office area is generally quiet. Wearing of personal protective equipment’s (PPE) when visiting the shop floor or when visiting a supplier’s manufacturing locations is required.
