About this role:

The channel marketing lead owns the health and growth of Edward’ channel partners through disciplined voice of the customer sessions and creative initiatives to grow our existing partners, and onboard new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and cultivate the Edwards and Kidde Commercial Channel programs through development of channel growth initiatives
• Lead strategic market assessments including market share analysis, competitive landscape, competitor updates, and verticals assessments
• Conduct customer and end-user assessments to identify key trends and work cross-functionally to implement in the company’s product roadmap
• Partner with product marketing teams to commercialize and introduce new products to market
• Partner with the sales organization on key growth opportunities
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to create a world class customer first mindset
• Constantly reviews and develops personal pipeline and customer log.
• Hunting for opportunities.
• Establishes personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10 + years of direct experience in a commercially oriented organization

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA preferred
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Very proficient with strategic and competitive assessments
• Ability to work effectively across different functions within the organization and externally with critical vendors and suppliers.
• Detailed experience and knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
• Strong knowledge of financial/business analysis processes and techniques
