The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

Our Corporate Operations & Supply Chain team is seeking an Associate Director, Strategy & Cost Management to help drive strategic initiatives within our manufacturing operations, logistics programs, warehousing strategies, and other aspects of operations such as facilities management strategies. Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with the business unit operations strategy teams on developing a one-company strategy for specific manufacturing part families, site optimization opportunities, and driving core / non-core decision to utilize our current assets in our manufacturing network most efficiently
• Partner with the business units on developing projects for operational improvements, optimizing footprint, and investing in the areas with best financial pay-back
• Work with business units on understanding core capabilities and identify areas for work transfer / outsourcing
• Develop tools for better site level / CPH / project level reporting as well as simulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
• Exhibit proficient use of advanced excel and Powerpoint skills
• Must be willing to travel up to 35% for group meetings and site visits.
• Deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.
