Role & Responsibilities:

• Navigate through a enrollment flow to uncover the students needs, understand their concerns, and position Podium as a right choice for them to achieve their goals
• Meet or exceed assigned daily outreach to prospective students via phone, email, and SMS
• Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the enrollment advisory role

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a SDR, BDR or in a retail or service job
• Amazing communication skills to passionately and clearly articulate the value of Podium’s Global Tech Experience
• You have a high degree of resilience and grit
• You possess a growth mindset; you never back down from a challenge
• Your work ethic is unmatched - anything you don’t know you’ll make up with hard work.
• You’re extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback
