Associate Medical Director - Psychiatric Services Job at Terry Reilly Health Services
The Associate Medical Director provides clinical leadership on matters pertaining to medical issues, quality of care, clinical guidelines, peer review, and resolution of medical incidents. They provide leadership assistance in recruitment of medical clinicians to fill vacancies and achieving organizational objectives. Provides input into strategic decisions for the Medical Division. The Associate Medical Director role is provided with 4 sessions per month, depending on assigned duties, to complete the required duties in addition to physician clinical responsibilities.
Time Commitment: 4 sessions/month
- 1 session (4 hours)-meetings with clinicians (and travel)
- 1/2 session (2 hours)-bimonthly meetings with Operations/Nursing
- 1/2 session (2 hours monthly)-CMO meeting
- 1 session (4 hours)-Incident and MQLT meetings
- 1 session (4 hours)-lead at home clinic
