Paramount Automotive, a well-established automotive dealer group headquartered in Hickory, NC, is seeking Advisor Trainees / Brand Ambassadors for our very busy service departments.

$750.00 weekly Salary

1% of labor and parts gross, less discounts

KSI score higher than Region $250 bonus

KSI score higher than Nation $500 bonus

Bonuses are not cumulative

We are a high-volume dealer with a great facility and we need you to help us continue our success and provide our customers with the excellent service they are accustomed to.

What you’ll do:

~~Greet customers, schedule service appointments and receive vehicle information.

~~Listen to the needs of the customer, the service(s) desired and clearly explain information on the repair order.

~~Estimate the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer's schedule.

~~Communicate respectfully and effectively with customers, employees and vendors.

~~Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction with consistently high CSI scores

Requirements

~~Outgoing and professional.

~~Must possess strong communication skills to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
