Individuals with experience in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, real estate, or who are just out of college or the military to name just a few, have found SUCCESS in automobile sales! Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!!

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customer, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements

• Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided!
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license
