Automotive Service Advisor
$60K - $75K Performance Based Income!

Rochester Toyota's High-Volume Service Department needs to hire Experienced Service Advisors to advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair/maintenance, and more. Toyota experience is preferred but all brand experience is welcome to apply.

Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
- Advise customers on costs and options when their vehicle needs repair/maintenance/recall work, offer additional services and special promotions, and schedule appointments
- Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
- Keep customers informed of changes
- Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
- Maintain high CSI scores
Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
- Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred
- Toyota experience is preferred
- Basic automotive operational knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Good work ethic and computer skills
- Dependable, pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
