Performance Ford of East Hanover is looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Service Manager.
A minimum of 3 years experience as an Automotive Dealership Service Manager.
Proven record of increasing sales and a strong customer service force.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers,
vendors, and staff.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, high level of motivation and energy.
Responsibilities
Run an efficient and profitable service department operating at maximum production while controlling costs
Build a loyal clientele, maintain good employee relationships, set, and obtain sales and profit objectives and maintain service records
Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
Lead in the recruiting, hiring, training, and managing qualified team members.
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local laws and regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc
Work directly with the General Manager to forecast goals and objectives for the department
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
