Our company is looking for a Service Writer to become a part of our team. We are currently seeking an experienced writer with a background in automotive repair and tire services. Individuals must be familiar with general maintenance and auto repair, as well as the ability to perform routine maintenance on vehicles. The ideal candidate will be able to work with our team to troubleshoot issues, keep track of appointments and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Determine customer needs and make recommendations.
- Determine the cause of problems.
- Explain all charges to customers.
- Work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,478.00 - $60,000.00 per year
