All applicants to Baby's Coffee LLC must be at least 18, and have some recent food service experience, graduated high school, and live in the area of the Lower Florida Keys. All barista coffee & retail food applicants learn to become highly skilled coffee baristas and retail food sales associates, stocking food service items, and learning customer service skills. Active Managers Safe Serve Certification in the State of Florida a plus, college education a plus, Military Service a plus, active or retired. All of our new barista/retail sales trainees go through our training program for a total of 6 days morning shift and 6 afternoon shifts at $18.oo per hour, then when you go full time, a share of the daily tips. All full time staff are offered a new type of health care paid for by Baby's Coffee LLC available through Advanced Urgent Care. During the interview process the health care provided will be outlined. Full background checks are required to be considered for employment, at Baby's Coffee LLC for all barista coffee & retail food sales positions. We believe our barista training is absolutely the best in the industry and you get paid to train.
