Background Check Operations Assistant Job at Safer Places, Inc.
Entry level Background Check Operations Assistant position open at small office in Lakeville, MA conducting employment and tenant screenings. Job duties include helping the operations department with all aspects of creating a background screening report for a client. This includes processing criminal history search requests, motor vehicle history searches, calling previous employers/references and more. This also includes helping the Fingerprinting Department scan customer's fingerprints. In addition to company operations, office tasks such as incoming/outgoing mail, ordering of office supplies, and light cleaning (taking out trash, etc.) may be required.
Applicant must have above average computer knowledge including the ability to quickly learn a complex computer program, above average typing skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and familiarity with basic office equipment (telephone systems, fax machine, printers and copiers, etc.).
Starting pay at $16-$18/hour based on experience and with opportunities for advancement. Both full time and part time hours will be considered within business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
