Pouring with Heart (Half Step, Seven Grand, Las Perlas in Austin, TX) is currently looking for Lead Bartenders, Bar Managers, and an Assistant General Manager to help run our newest neighborhood bar in San Antonio, TX.
We only have one rule, you must always Pour With Heart and Lead With Heart. You must consider this role as training for the GM position, as the BLT roles each make up a third of a GM’s responsibilities. This is a crucial time in your development as a leader and as such you must master the art of being prepared, organized and structured, only then will your bar operate effectively, profitably and each of your staff will grow as a result.
To Pour with Heart is to put your heart and soul into being of service to the person right in front of you. We have achieved our greatest successes when we have poured with heart. In order to continue to thrive we must do it in every moment and with all people. It is non-negotiable. We will teach you everything else you need to know, but you have to Pour with Heart.
