Working weekend shifts are required. If you cannot work Saturday or Sunday Day or Night shift this job is not for you so just stop reading right here. The very first question we will ask is are you available to work weekends? A no answer is the end of the conversation.

Bartender starting pay is $10/hr plus tips. The tips are very lucrative and add up to an additional $20/hr or more if you are efficient and have a great personality. We have the sales volume to support making great tips. Again if you are efficient and have a great personality you can do well. If you actually have work ethics you will make great money.

In addition to good pay/tips, we treat every employee with respect and dignity but we also expect the same in return. We've had employees stay with us for over two years so we must be doing something right. We've had flakes leave in a matter of weeks. If you cannot be an adult and take responsibility for your life or if everything that goes wrong in your life is someone elses fault, this job is not for you.

We operate with professionalism and put out our work schedules weeks in advance. You will know weeks ahead when you are scheduled so you can plan your life accordingly. The other side of this is you are responsible for finding coverage among your fellow employees if you want a scheduled shift off. Lack of coverage (or no-show) for a shift scheduled weeks earlier will result in you instantly terminating yourself. If your life is unpredictable this job is not for you.

Our sales volume is continually growing, and we are looking for employees who can work in a high pace environment.

We are an alcohol-free environment, so none of the drama associated with booze goes on here. You won't go home smelling like a brewery or bar either as our place is extremly clean.

We do serve air fried food and pre-packaged snacks however, you won't go home at night greasy or stinking like a restaurant kitchen.

We are a non-smoking facility but do allow customers to Vape.

We need employees who can not only get the job done in excellence, but employees who will also be a representation of our brand.

As a Bartender/ Support Person your duties will include:

Interacting with and Serving Customers. Managing a cash draw/register. Welcoming new guests in your bar and managing the flow of your bar. Confirming the bar is organized and stocked before your shift. Side Work and Cleaning before, during, and after your shift is required.

This role requires one to be mature and be able to work unsupervised. Opening the business and daily startup processes are clearly defined and need to be done as directed. Closing and locking up processes are also defined and correct excecution is the responsibility of the Kavatender as every Kavatender is trusted with a key and alarm code for the business. If you can't get out of bed for a 10:30 AM shift this job is not for you. If you are trying to work three other jobs and are always tired this job is not for you. If you are a self starter and don't need to be micro managed then please apply. If you need to be micro managed this job is not for you.

Bartenders make $10/hr plus cash and credit card tips. Wages and Credit card tips are paid on a payroll check weekly every Friday.

Pay period is Monday through Sunday, with a direct deposit made 5 days later on Friday. We do not hold back an additional week's pay.

Previous Bartender experience is required as we have custom mixed non-alcoholic drinks on our menu.
