Hard Truth Distilling Co. is the largest destination craft distillery in Indiana, set on a 325-acre, wooded campus featuring the Hard Truth distillery and rackhouse, a large restaurant, and a tours and tastings center. We built our “On The Rocks” outdoor music venue and we are about to kick off our summer concert series.
The Hard Truth campus is looking to hire Live Music Event Bartender.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Entertainment Manager on set up and stations before the start of the concert.
- Assist customers by answering questions, greeting customers, and any other customer service needs.
- Receive your station before the concert. Be flexible and adaptable to any changes.
- Set up and inventory of pop up bar, learn drinks, provide information and recommendations, and clean up bar after music event has ended.
- Report any issues or concerns to your management team or security.
- Assist with the tear down of the concert.
- Assist with other events as needed: weddings, parties, etc.

Requirements and skills:
- Must have great communication skills.
- Must have an upbeat customer service approach.
- Customer service is a Plus!
- Must be able to work in an outdoor environment.
- Must be able to navigate inclines, stairwells, and slanted landscaping.
- Must be able to lift, pull, push and maneuver various items.
