Job Description
Our Bartenders smile and always provide friendly and professional service, with genuine care and attention to detail; Exercise a sense of urgency for guest inquiries, requests and/or concerns; Practice consistency with verifying guests meet legal age requirements before serving; Be knowledgeable in an extensive range of menu offerings and preparations; Mix drinks with consistency, keeping profitability in mind; Complete all assigned prep and side work with attention to detail; Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment; Handle cash and utilize a POS (Point of Sale) System as applicable; Help team members as needed to encourage a team atmosphere; Take pride in your role in order to embody an exceptional guest service atmosphere; Other duties as assigned by management; Nights, Weekends, and Holidays required; Computer skills enough to learn hotel operating system, MS office, and internet.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Hotel experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
• Ability to work with all types of people.
